welcome the INNERWORK studio…

I am genuinely glad you are here…and if you are experiencing struggles with stress, feeling like you do not know how you are going to get it all done, looking for ways to support your struggling children, or wanting to take the next step towards feeling better, then you are definitely in the right place.

Ten years ago, I went through a period of very drastic and rapid change. Nearly every major pillar of my support was shaken to the core, and I was facing significantly high levels of stress, coupled with serious health issues. Trying to take care of my own needs, juggle a career I was deeply passionate about, and be fully present during this time period for my four children (who were also suffering) seemed impossible. Out of necessity, I quickly learned to scale back my commitments, create structures and routines to support me and my family, and adjusted the world around me as much as possible to be “less stressful”. But even with all of those external “fixes”, I was still left with seemingly insurmountable stress and an overwhelming amount of work and parenting that still needed to get done. I survived in this “dark place” just making it through, and although it was a path lined with supportive friends and loving family, it was difficult, and lonely, and felt very, very long.

Let me skip to the good part…having lived through this massive overwhelm, and now being on the other side, I can tell you it is possible to live with stress and be productive, to move through significant change and be a supportive mother, to be anxious and do things that make you happy! And it absolutely does not have to take years and years. I had no idea how to bridge this massive gap between what I was experiencing and what needed to actually get done on a daily basis…and maybe you don’t either?

I feel so fortunate I was led down a path of amazing teachers and experiences to help me fill the void. It turns out, there wasn’t anything more I could do on the outside…the way “out” of my struggle was through learning to access my INNER resources. And this is why the INNERWORK studio was born- to give you a direct and clear path to accessing your inner resources…the super power within that can put the “and” back into your life…so you can live through stress AND lead a happy and truly satisfying life.
