While the end of the school-year bustle is so welcome…let’s face it, the summer can bring it’s own set of new stressors for Moms!

Use the summer wisely to nurture you, so you have more to give to yourself and your family. Spend a morning with other moms as I lead you through a gentle mind-body stress re-set. We will use intentional breathing practices and clinical EFT (tapping) to release any tensions from the transition into changing summer schedules so you can fully enjoy your summer!  Give your nervous system a mini-vacation and learn new skills to benefit you and your family through the summer, and beyond. 

By the end of this inter-active workshop, you will:

  • release stress from your mind and body

  • create a clear personal goal for your summer

  • gain a calm confidence that you can take back to your family

  • learn specific tools to support the changing schedules of summer (and help your family with travel with greater ease!)
