    This 12-week stress resiliency intervention is truly a transformational journey towards a healthier, happier you. Personalized weekly 1-1 sessions and individualized home exercises will guide you to “befriend” your unique stress response and create a new, healthy relationship with the unavoidable stress in your life. From this foundation of confidence and ease, you can consistently show up as the best version of yourself.

    What makes this program different is the combined use of highly effective science-based techniques that move beyond just managing stress and actually build the internal capacity to process stress. This inner resiliency that results gives you a unique advantage to be able to invite more ease, productivity and deeper connections, even under stress!

    NOTE: these sessions are for those who have completed the “Foundations of Resiliency” Program

  • High levels of motivation and commitment, matched with equally intensive support, allow you to make big changes in your life.

    CONCIERGE: Concierge Level is reserved for those clients desiring the highest level of support to create the most rapid and deepest level of transformation possible. Weekly sessions are supported with text and email support. Also includes access to Biofeedback tools and auditory therapy program (SSP).

Support for Your Child

Are you wanting your child to feel more supported and empowered with tools that increase confidence, emotional resilience, and social engagement? How would your child like to experience greater productivity and increased levels of success in school, sports, and/or relationships?

Or maybe you just want more harmonious home environment?!

It is all possible!

  • Through a series of 5 personalized 1-1 sessions, your child will learn the basic pillars of regulating their stress response for the greatest levels of success in all areas of their life. They will learn and practice cognitive priming, emotional release and essential “self-care” for students. As they shed anxious feelings, resistance, and dysregulation, they will gain a better understanding of their own stress response, and what tools and strategies will be most effective (and easiest to integr tetinto their daily lives) o help them meet their personal goals.

  • Personalized sessions using neuroscience backed practices to meet your child and their unique needs exactly where they are at…and at times when they need it most (like right before school, before tutoring or therapy sessions, after school to decompress and even before bed to help with sleep)! We will establish emotional and physiological regulation into their stress system, and practice the tools to release negative emotions and feel empowered in all areas of their life.

    Note: short (20 min) sessions are available through zoom; longer sessions (45-60 min) through zoom or in-person.

Group Offerings

  • Develop and practice a healthy stress response within a supportive group.

    Tap into Calm-CONNECT: This 6 week group program is offered both in-person and on-line and will help you create and sustain inner calm. Together, we will build the foundation (including the education, routines, structures, and practices) for effectively and efficiently processing stressful experiences in the present and the future. Releasing stress and learning practical mind-body tools will support a healthy stress perspective. This group class is a highly supportive experience including use of biofeedback technology and accountability systems throughout the 6 weeks to build new skills, reinforce progress and ensure success within a community of like-minded individuals.

  • Are you wanting to connect with others, move your body, and let go of stress naturally?

    TAP INTO CALM-HIKE: Small group hikes in the Santa Monica Mountains combined with stress release tools to leave you relaxed and empowered… ready to face whatever your week has to throw at you. Hikes are periodically offered throughout the year, or can be organized privately for groups of 5 or more.
